After receiving her certificate in baking and pastry from the Culinary Institute of America at Greystone in St. Helena, California in 2004, and working at premier bake shops in the bay area, Liz Roberto’s dream was to one day open her own wedding cake shop.
Pastry Chef Liz brings to the Central Valley the philosophies and trend-setting design of the San Francisco Bay Area. At Crème de la Cake, her cakes are beautiful, whimsical and always naturally delicious. Always made from scratch, she uses only fresh, locally available ingredients. Chef Liz goes to great lengths to incorporate only the best organic foods and the finest chocolates available. She only uses real butter and non-hydrogenated oils in her creations… never pre-made fillings, stabilizers, or preservatives. Why? Because you see and taste the difference, naturally.
